This, I Promise

(especially for my beloved Ulfa)

I can’t promise you a rose garden

For its way out of my tiny might

The wildest of dreams

For I want just to be true

Till the day I’d come

With a heart full of blossoms

This, I promise…

I can’t promise you a Taj Mahal’s wedding

For I don’t even dare to dream

Knowing I would fail you

For not being me

And not being real

Dreaming the wildest of dreams

O yes, only my true love.

This, I promise…

I can’t promise you showering gifts

The glitters of a woman needs

Those faraway beaches

Or Nusa Dua sunsets

For I have nothing more to give

Than my trusting you

And smiles on my face.

A shoulder for you to cry-on

An ear that would always ready to listen

Eyes that look straight into yours

My Other Hobby

Being adventurous, I picked-up a lot of hobbies along the way, one of which, collecting good quotes. Reading is my favorite past times. I am still keeping my good quotes A4 scrap book dated back to the 70’s. And now, that hobby is much more worthwhile as I can copy the good quotes from mainly, the free websites.

As from today, I would like to share my collection/s of good quotes with you, my beloved readers. But mind you, you may find some materials to be disturbing. My sincere apologies should that happen with one of my post, one day… We can’t please everybody, right…?
