Class of May 2009 – The BBQ

The bbq was held in the SSS ‘school’ compound on 19th. June, 2009, slightly over three weeks after ‘their’ exam. According to most of the students, they missed the class… 🙂

Food was arranged in such a way that everybody should contribute by bringing something. No monies collected. I prepared 4 packets of chicken wings, marinated specially with 4 types of sauce. Its supposed to be my  secret receipe – RAHSIA PERUSAHAAN – but some of the students have a peep in my kitchen and found that  ‘receipe’. I will be calling one student, Mr. Linus Tan, a lawyer, to see whether I can sue those people… Hahaha…!

Before the BBQ, a lot of e-mails went around initiated by Sheren, Assistant Monitor of the class. Apart from reminding the students who and who bringing what, she also reminded the students to bring ‘own’ karaoke cd’s as MY collection of cd’s, according to her, is antique, from the 50’s, 60’s and the 70’s – with somewhat difficult ‘key’ to catch? So, on karaoke opening session, I specially sang two songs for Sheren; BECAUSE I GOT HIGH (hahaha…) & Hero…

Btw, DJ Leon was in the house that night. A very quite DJ Leon… Will post more photos from my camera soon.. Now I am still busy sorting 19,000 or so photos, & 600+ Word files ‘recovered’ by Yap after the ‘hijacked’ incedent a week ago. Been on it for the past three days now 😥
