SSS Class of November 2008

Even if we study to old age we shall not finish learning…

Chinese proverb

.

I was busy replying text messages these two days from my Class of November 2008 students. So far, more than ten of them has given me the good news. And I am truly sorry to one of them, Drift.

My mind is now focused to that unfortunate guy. I keep on wondering, where did I go wrong? 😦

And someone by the name of Yee Yan (?) texted me this evening, telling me she/he haven’t receive her/his ‘letter’ yet. And she/he asked me, what should she/he do…

I simply answered: “Look for a river with buaya (crocodile) in it, and jump…”

Dear me. See how brutal I am?

The thing is, firstly, I can’t recollect who Yee Yan is. I just hate the Chinese names. It’s not easy to remember. That was the reason of me giving my students Christian & the famous nick-names in class, so that I can remember who is who. I will never forget my ‘Ti Lung” and ‘Bruce Lee’. Secondly, the only Chinese name that I will never forget is Han See Fong… Hehehe…

To Yee Jan, just be patient. I think your ‘sukacita’ letter is on the way… 🙂

Is it Yee Yan or Yee Jan, cikgu? If is Yee Jan, I think she is the UBDian girl stand in the front row far right.

    I may be wrong. Hahaha!

Russell Peters joked about his father, “If I get rid of one, I’ll make another one” So on that note, nevermind, you have a couple of “menantu” from Class of May 2009 😉
